Volunteer at the the Planet Protection Conference 2019

Why a Planet Protection Conference?

Our planet is in desperate need for people who would like to defend it.

At DRH Lindersvold we also know that the world is full of good people and many good initiatives. This conference aims to fulfil the urgent need of connecting the dots:

To connect people from all walks of life with our beautiful planet and its diversity, connect the strong will power of many citizens with the practical actions that, one day, will make history, connect the wisdom and awareness with our daily lives and – all together – strive for a better place for all living beings.

When and where

5 – 6 October 2019 at the Lindersvold Campus where speakers and contributors are accommodated, as well as participants and volunteers. The campus is located nearby Faxe in Denmark.

Some outputs from the conference in 2018

– just to give you an idea about what kind of confernce this is

Organic Laundry

Some good advice on how you can do your laundry in an organic way, using natural agents which will not harm you, nor the environment. This is a simple guide on what to do.

Tina W Declaration for Action

You either rebel or you do not rebel. I love that and how true it is. There is no in-between, there is no half way, there is no no-man’s land. The fact is that Open Future is under threat.

#StewardsOfTomorrow

A steward is a person who is tasked with a responsibility – to take care of something or somebody and to manage the property of another person. The planet is our common home.

Get close to nature

In nature, children can explore the small wonders and understand the big ones. Children’s curiosity is awakened and through this, a natural learning opportunity arises.

The Dream

“Last night, as I was in a dream · A voice spoke to me it would seem · Calling from the future · Telling me about the ecological rift in need of a suture” Poem by Alexander Benesch.

On Behalf of All Mankind

“Tick tock, tick tock · The Doomsday clock has been moved · To two and a half minutes before dead of the night · Reasons!” By Tina Whittington from One World Center.

Planet Boundaries

DID WE CROSS ALL BOUNDARIES, I HEARD THAT THERE ARE NINE, DID OUR MINES AND FACTORIES, AT SOME POINT CROSS THE LINE? Poem by Evans Kyritsis, DNS 2018.

To a Happier Age

“THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LEAVE BEHIND SHALL ACHIEVE WHERE WE ALL FAILED SHALL BE MORE THOUGHTFUL AND KIND AND FREE THE PLANET THAT WE JAILED.” Evans Kyritsis from DNS 2018

What kind of generation?

There is a pressing need to hear the voice of youth and young people in debates about the future and to offer training to understand and take action towards what is needed to make the future possible.
